As an overseas pre-sale condo owner in Hong Kong, I needed an agent who could not only sell my unit after completion but also manage the property if I decided to rent it out. With no prior experience in the Canadian market, I was clueless about the entire process. That's when a friend recommended Lotus, who also provided property management services.
Despite the time zone difference, Lotus and I worked closely for several months, even before my condo had a concrete completion date. My wife and I started looking for a place to buy in October 2020. We are new immigrants and we got Lotus's contact from one of my ex colleagues.
As being the new immigrants and first time home buyers, there're quite a lot of things we are not sure and don't know what are the important things to check when we go and view the place. In some of the places, he did notice some of the marks on the ceiling/wall/floor which we didn't. Finally, we got our dream townhome with his help. To conclude, he is really detail-oriented, kind, patient, and so much more. We will definitely work with him again in the future and would recommend him to all of our friends.
